Coil springs
These are spiral wound springs using four to eight pieces per set, made from heat treated high carbon steel and come in various shapes and sizes, delivering differing spring tensions depending on the size of the bike and the horsepower of your engine.
- Catalogue pre selects diaphragm or coil spring type as required
- Spring tension 15% higher than standard
- Replaces tired or weak springs
- Prevents/reduces clutch slippage
Premature or rapid clutch wear is often caused by tired clutch springs. Always replace springs at clutch rebuild. These premium upgrade springs reduce chance of clutch slip and the increased lever pressure is almost unnoticed by the rider.
